We’ll assess your existing layout, review design possibilities, and talk through your must-haves and preferred finishes.
Following your consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed quotation outlining the scope of works, inclusions, and pricing options ensuring complete transparency before any work begins.

Design & 3D Renders
Once you’re ready to go, our design team helps bring your vision to life.
We can create 3D renders and visual layouts so you can see your new bathroom, kitchen, or laundry before work begins helping you make confident design choices that suit your style and budget.

Client Selections
This is the fun part!
You’ll choose your fittings, tiles, and finishes from our Lukken Construction Packages Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum either online, via catalog, or in our supplier showrooms.
Our team is there to guide you through product options, ensuring every selection aligns with your vision and overall budget.

Contracts, Deposits & Scheduling
Once selections are made, we’ll prepare your QBCC-compliant building contract, quotation summary, and payment tracker for approval.
After signing and paying the deposit, you’ll receive your QBCC Home Warranty Insurance and we’ll lock in your trade schedule with estimated start dates and timelines.

Demolition & Preparation
Our licensed trades begin with a safe and organised demolition of your existing space.
We handle all waste removal, stripping, and surface preparation setting a clean foundation for your new renovation.
All demolition works comply with QBCC standards and site safety requirements.

Waterproofing, Tiling & Fit-Off
This is where your project takes shape.
Our licensed waterproofers and tilers complete each stage with precision and certification to Australian Standards (AS3740).
Once waterproofing and tiling are complete, we install your fittings, fixtures, cabinetry, mirrors, and final finishes.

Quality Check & Client Walkthrough
Before handover, we complete a full quality inspection and final clean.
You’ll walk through the completed space with our team to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
We’ll also provide any relevant certifications, warranties, and care guides for your new renovation.

Completion & Aftercare
Your project is complete and ready to enjoy!
Our support doesn’t end at handover. We’re here for post-completion questions, maintenance advice, or future renovation plans.
